I captured him/ her in the glass bowl, and I separate the butterfly from the window using the newspaper. I freed him/ her from the balcony. I am not sure what sort it is but I will check it later. This is chocolate brown shadow in the normal lighting but I had to take the image when the sun was shining so is too dark.
I was in the park where the abandoned apple tree grows. This time without her... Strange feeling to be there alone. I started to pick up the bio apples a long, long time ago, together with my old dog I had before. This is more than ten years for sure. So this time I realised somebody else also had discovered this tree. I found only six apples!
I baked apple crumble for myself from three apples, bio raisins, clarified butter, bio flour and bio coconut sugar. Very yummy and truly divine aroma all around the apartment while it was baking.
😛😛😛
I baked this apple cake while watching Tokyo. It is very simple cake to prepare. I addded my last three bio apples. Coconut sugar is giving this deep dark shadow. I use this sugar for the first time and I notice that the same amount of cane sugar or normal beetroot sugar makes the cake sweeter.

We wish you a nice weekend! The kitty and Mom
DeleteWe have a very mild summer this year and lots of rain...both apple recipes are amazing..wish I could have a slice of each for my tea :-) Enjoy your Sunday!
ReplyDeleteWe had a heavy rain yesterday and for now is colder but still around 20C. I love apple cakes and crumble is my favourite for autumn and winter...
DeleteThat is such a pretty butterfly :-D And great to cook with the apples. I do like crumble and the cake looks tasty.
ReplyDeleteIt has been really hot in Scotland, though this week it has been cooler. Cats have been coping okay as I had the fan on in their room (our bedroom).
I believe my dog sent this butterfly as she wants me to remember her. Crumle is so delicious! I adore apple crumle as well others mango f.ex.
DeleteWe got a heavy rain and storm yesterday at the evening and the weather has changed from over 30C to about 20C. I already bought warm blouses for colder days.
Nice cake and crumble! :)

ReplyDeleteMe too! I love apple pie and and all with apples! In Poland we have the cake called szarlotka that we are baking in the autumn, this is with apple pupl and cinnamon :-)
Deleteapple pulp
Ana
Wow you have apples from the park, the apples crumbles looks good as well as the cake. The kitty stretched well 😊
ReplyDeleteIt was very delicious! This year someone else was there earlier than me and I picked up only a few apples. Apples are cheap in Poland but I like to look for them there in the park :-)
