Hello there all! So this is weekend and I must admit we are wasted a little because of the awful weather we have experienced yesterday. I am talking about Eunice and it wasn't that strong like in the U.K. and Atlantic coastline, but even here in Poland it was very bothering actually. Today it has been gone but still we have murky sky above us and Claire- Genevieve sleeps all day long. In the morning she ate a few pieces of warm bio sausage.

Looks like tasty. I can say it is yummy as I was eating it too. I think I will start the second blog with recipes soon. 

I found an abandoned cactus and I adopted it. I separated some pieces from the main plant and for now I see that it grows very good. I am not big on cactuses but this one is nice and easy to grow.

Hard to say is it already spring... I want to bake a rye cake tonight. I am watching cycling tours nowadays, like Andalusia or Algarve and I notice trees in bloom. We will have it in a four weeks, the white plum trees near the road and sometimes pink. Those pink I guess are almond trees. We have it in the neighborhood here in Warsaw. See you soon, guys!

 Hi, guys! I hope you are having a nice St. Valentine's Day. I took a proper nap in the afternoon, then I went to another room to rest there. So this is not bad I think. Do you want to see Mom's food? No? She told me to show you: 

This is Turkish recipe and she is baking it very often. Dried yeast and lots of olive oil.

Very tasty and crispy breads. Mom adores to eat it plain. I have new kibble too. Pure fish.

And now I am going to show you her baked apple 

This is filled with almonds, raisins, clarified butter and honey ...

And here we go with the bread she baked tonight

This is from fresh yeasts and Mom added garlic and lovage. She is eating it now. 

And I want to tell you something about the weather. This is very nice, the temps are in between 4C to 10C so is quite warm with cold nights and evenings. I almost forgot about this omelette! This is gherkin on the top along with boiled egg. In Poland hoomins adore gherkins ( cucumbers in brine).

Hello there all! This is still lack of time and lack of time. I cannot help myself, but I decided to keep this blog and maybe I will post recipes but I feel hesitate. Here is getting warmer and it seems like winter is gone. Apparently the subzero temps are over for this year and for now we  experience very rainy days but the temperature is around 10 C.

 I was walking my dog's ghost in her beloved place. I did it one time only, not everyday 👀👻💖.
