Hello from Warsaw! This is me and mew ( Claire - Genevieve ) .

So the heat has been gone and for now we experience the temperatures from 23C to 27C, this is absolutely normal weather for this time of an year here. We are doing good. Although... Guys, that Indian dress! It turned out I am too fat. I bought it without wearing because I was in a hurry. Look!

I have to loose about 4 kilos to look good in it! This is close to body and it should not be like that! This is some air in beetwen the body and the dress needed. And I am too fat for that. So let's call this dress my motivation. I even don't want it for the summer , rather I imagine myself in this dress in September and October, with black leggins.

The second thing is the shadow. So, sadly I must admit the camera makes the colour completely another than it looks in reality. I have tried in many lightings and most similar to the true colour it has is the last image and maybe two last images.

The third thing is that I need to wash it and surely I should wash it in hands. I am afraid it can loose the colour, I will wash it in cold water. So wait for the update in September!

Today I want to share the pics of my nail polish I recently like. This is from Polish brand AA from the line Oil Therapy and it contains a few oils, peach oil f.ex. I have not a top coat at home and I must buy, so the pictures are without a top coat.

You must believe me I will loose weight! I use to do it from time to time, really. I will do. Tommorow I will be starting... Those lemon Greek potatoes from the oven I have had today... Mmmm!

 

Hello guys! We are experiencing a lovely heat wave now. I love hot weather and I feel good and happy. This is African air over us and we have tropical nights. Claire- Genevieve is mad about ham and sausage. She is in love with a thin sausage called kabanos here.

I want to share a few pics I snapped during my way back home from the second dose of the vaccination. I am ok after it all. I want it to be finished soon.

 Welcome guys! This is late at night again. Tonight I am going to share my bread and I want you to try this recipe because is really useful. I find it useful particularly when you are short of time and you need to bake your own bread. This is a yeasty bread very yummy.

I needed a bread for two persons only ( C- G is not included ) so I am giving you ingredients for a smaller bread. You will need: 250 g bio wheat flour, 20 g fresh yeasts, 140 ml milk, 25 g butter ( I added clarified butter), a half tea spoon honey ( I added buckwheat honey) and a half tea spoon salt.

So if you already have all the ingredients just put it together to a bowl. Wait, if you use butter in a bar you need it to be melted. If you use clarified butter just add it. Add 3 table spoons of water. I think this should be warm water as we usually use to yeast but they say "  water" in the recipe.

You are mixing it all. I love old school ways and I do it by hands. Then preheat the oven to only 80 C. Put the dough to the greased mould. I used butter to grease it. Leave it in the oven for 15 minutes and change the temp to 200 C afterwards. It should be done in about half an hour.

As you might see we skipped all the time we usually need while we set the dough aside in the room temperature to grow. We must wait for a long time for the dough to be double- sized. In the recipe we do it not and it turned out the bread is the same like traditionally made yeasty bread.

I planned to donate it to charity shop but then I decided to keep it. I bought this scale long long time ago in a book store because it had lowered price. ( Yes, in Poland it is possible from time to time to buy a scale in a book store).

I know it looks like not completely baked but it was good. It was a nice afternoon. The last slice I ate in the night with Nutella on top. I bought this Nutella and it is not a commercial post.
